The Town Council checked with E.on yesterday and was reassured they had a cold weather plan in place. There was, however, a problem at the energy centre this morning which affected a number of residents, so we have raised concerns about the continuing issues both with E.on and with the Consortium.

Please may we also stress the importance of ringing and reporting any issues directly to E.on Customer Services as just reporting them on Facebook does not give us and E.on a true picture of how many people are affected when these problems occur. Thank you.
